Sunset yoga in nature with an immersive musical experience

Santosa Yoga and Health is partnering with Sounds Fun PR for a sunset yoga practice using noise canceling headphones followed by a guided yoga nidra meditation . We will practice yoga in nature, with views of the sea, surrounded by palm trees. Move, breathe, and meditate to music with a beat to help you find an inner focus and deepen your yoga and meditation practices. A transformative and fun experience that is open to all levels, including beginners. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and make any adjustments that make sense for them. Class is taught in a non-intimidating and inclusive way.

We practice on the grassy area between the two beaches in Escambron, overlooking the sea.
