Sunset Yoga for the full moon
About this Event
Join us for a beautiful sunset yoga practice in the idyllic setting of Grappenhall Heys Walled Garden to mark the full moon in July.
The peak point of each lunar cycle, the full moon has special significance in many practices, including yoga. Each full moon signifies a point of culmination, illumination and release - an opportunity to pause, reflect and connect with ourselves.
We will be led in practice by Sylvie Ball, a local yoga teacher with many years of experience. The flow will be gentle and relaxing, suitable for all abilities. We will conclude with a guided relaxation honouring this special moment in time.
If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you. We will have a limited number available for those who would like to borrow one. If you use blocks, etc., please bring them with you. We recommend that you check the weather and wear layers if needed to stay warm, and also bring a blanket with you for relaxation. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes that won’t feel restrictive. Bring some water with you to sip on.
If you have any conditions, injuries or questions, please feel free to contact Sylvie beforehand by email ([email protected]) or by text on 07429 466 001 and she will be happy to assist you.
