Come join us for a relaxing evening of yoga by the beach at Venice Beach. Let the sound of the waves and the warm sun setting in the background enhance your practice. This in-person yoga session is perfect for all levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out.

This will be a mindful spiritual flow designed to have you connect your mind, body & soul. We will start with a journal prompt, so please bring your journal & pen, yoga mat, and positive vibes for a rejuvenating session. LOCATION:

Please type in "venice beach" or 101 The Esplanade Way, Venice, FL 34285 on your gps. If you are facing the beach, you will park in the furthest parking lot to the right.

We will be near the volleyball nets and blue & yellow lifegaurd house.
