Join us for a Sunset Yoga session tomorrow, Friday, 3/22, at 6 pm, at 4685 Meadowood Park. The class will be instructed by Mayuko, who has a RYT 500 certification from Yogaworks, and her style is a mix of Vinyasa and Iyenger. This means there will be lots of stretching and toning, with a bit of muscle training in between.
So, just bring your mat, water, and a cozy jacket. Let's work on our body's mobility and flexibility so that we can exercise for as long as we want to!
