Be guided in mindful movement with attention to breath. Flow through postures to increase strength, mobility, and balance. Meditation and breathwork are interspersed throughout. We are honored to be invited by Springdale Cemetery to host outdoor yoga classes this summer. We will be using our practice as a celebration of our life and breath as we honor the collective impact of those who came before us.
This class will be held outdoors at the beautiful Springdale Cemetery. Enter at 3014 N Prospect Rd. See photo in this event listing to see meeting points!

About our Pay-as-You-Can Model:
Our highly qualified teachers are paid a percentage of the donations made in their classes. Class Passes or paying $15 per class when you can is what keeps our studio alive, but we understand that we often need mindfulness most when we are going through financial hardships. We have no expectations other than that you are honest with what you are able to invest in your mental and physical health. Thank you for practicing with us!
