All are welcome to join Kaitlyn, Liz and Robyn at Hotel Canandaigua June-August for a gorgeous yoga class on the lawn overlooking the lake.Class will be a slow flow style yoga, a mix of movement, breath and rest designed to leave you feeling connected to nature and yourself: the perfect way to start or end your day.
Bring your own yoga mat, class will be moved inside if weather requires. Stay after to grab a bite at Corsair's Cove.
