Come join us for a unique experience in a beautiful beach side park. We are using gentle Yoga and various sound vibrations to guide you into meditative rest and a state of healing.
The frequency and vibrations of crystal bowls and other instruments resonate in your body at the cellular level bringing alignment to your Chakras and balance to your physical body.
Relax and unwind to the ocean breeze and sounds.
Come for the yoga and healing crystal bowls and stay for the sounds of the ocean waves!
