Sunset Yoga is coming back for a fifth season! I will lead you in a basic and gentle practice focusing on breath and mediation, Soak up the sun, air and ocean and just be! Give yourself this time to relax and reset. Just bring yourself, mat, blanket or beach towel. .
Great for beginners and all levels!
Class cost is $15.00 Venmo Tara-Briggs-4.
Payment is due upon registration.
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to class or do not show up you will not be refunded. Class is limited.
