After two years of epic, sold-out shows at our former location at Rocky's Market in Oakland's Brooklyn Basin, we have moved into our NEW HOME at Faction Brewery in Alameda, CA.

It's GORGEOUS! Enjoy bay breezes and epic sunsets on our spacious patio embracing the San Francisco skyline. Comfortable seating for 100 and over 150 FREE PARKING SPOTS!

PLEASE NOTE: If the weather is bad, we move the party INSIDE to our Open Air & Art-Filled taproom! Either way, the SHOW WILL GO ON!

BRAZIL: Bless artists have performed with an A-LIST of Brazilian stars (including Airto Moreia, Margareth Menezes, Jovinos Santos Neto, Hamilton de Holanda and Choro Famoso,) and have ventured out into the world of pop/blues (Bonnie Riatt), Caribbean (David Rudder), and Afro-Latin (Mamadou Sidibe, Radio Afro-Funk).

Senegalese percussionist MASSAMBA DIOP has performed with African superstar Baaba Maal for over 30 years, and has shared the stage with musical icons James Brown, Herbie Hancock, Stevie Wonder and Peter Gabriel. However, Massamba is perhaps best known for his performance as the principal "tama" (talking drum) player in the Marvel blockbuster films Black Panther (2018) and Wakanda Forever (2022), for which Massamba received both Grammy and Oscar awards.

For this epic musical event, Massamba is joined by the All-Star percussion/dance/voice ensemble OAKLAND RHYTHM, fresh off it's sold-out April, 2023 performance. This show will feature Massamba's original material and groove-heavy compositions by OAKLAND RHYTHM.

Nigeria’s legendary guitar master and singer Adesoji ”Soji” Odukogbe was, among other things, the lead guitarist for Fela Kuti for five years. Odukogbe draws on an extensive background in Nigerian Afrobeat, highlife, and spiritual music, bringing a unique sensibility to his highlife guitar interpretations.

This is pure AFRO-BEAT energy! Dance Floor Open!
