During this phase, experience a calming Visualization Meditation, guiding your mind to create inner landscapes of clarity and peace.
As the sun sets, we’ll gather for Art and Music therapy, where you can express, create, and connect through sound, rhythm, and color, led by Dr. Nicole Edwards.
We’ll flow through gentle yoga stretches and embrace stillness with lunar-inspired breathwork.
Let the soothing vibrations of singing bowls wash over you in Savasana, followed by a refreshing Moon Nectar mocktail.
Come as you are and join this sacred circle of community, ritual, and moonlight.
