Let’s enjoy a beautiful Thursday evening outside with good people, fresh air, conversation, and plenty of steps at Mt. Trashmore Park. Whether you want exercise, social time, or just a peaceful evening walk, come join us for a fun night around the park. ?
? Meet-up location: Flagpole next to the bathrooms at Mt. Trashmore Park.

? Meet time: 6:30 PM
? Bathrooms available at the park.
? Walk details:
• Distance: 1–3 laps around the park (approximately 3–4 miles total).
• Terrain: paved and beginner friendly.
• Pace: social to moderate.
• Stair climbing and hill climbs are completely optional for anyone wanting an extra workout.
? Dogs are welcome on leash.
? Kids and strollers are welcome.
? Free event and free parking.
Please bring plenty of water and arrive a little early to allow time for parking and finding the group. If you can no longer attend, please update your RSVP. The walk host can be contacted through Facebook Messenger.
