Sunset Soundbath and Tea at Frohring Meadows in Chagrin Falls

Come treat yourself to this special event and start your holiday season from a place of serenity. ​Join us for a sound bath facilitated by Cathy in this tranquil space, the Lodge at Frohring Meadows in Chagrin Falls. The view of the meadows through the many picture windows provides a serene atmosphere. Lie down and relax while the healing vibrations of soothing instruments wash over you. Sound baths have been shown to calm your mind, release tension, decrease anxiety, lessen stress levels, boost your mood and improve sleep*.

During this sound bath you will be gently guided into a relaxed state, followed by music from metal Tibetan bowls, a steel tongue drum and chimes. When the music ends you will be guided back to your wakeful state. This one-hour sound bath will be followed by a half-hour of tea and community while watching the sunset. You will be lying down or sitting on the floor for approximately one hour. Bring a yoga mat and any blankets, pillows, bolsters etc. that you would like to support your comfort during this experience. The lodge is heated and there is a bathroom a few steps away. There are no steps to get into the lodge. Please arrive on time as we are unable to accomodate late-comers once the sound bath has begun.

This sound bath event is part of a day-long celebration, including tarot readings and a breathwork session with cacao ceremony. Join us for any or all of these activities!

11am - 3pm: Tarot-in-the-Meadow

It's tarot surrounded by the beauty of nature! Cathy will be providing tarot readings in the Lodge at Frohring Meadows in Chagrin Falls. The view of the meadows through the many picture windows provides an atmosphere conducive to reflection and creates an ideal environment for tarot. Discover the answers and guidance you need to live your best life. Let the cards empower you to make confident decisions and embrace your true self. There's plenty of space so feel free to come with friends. After your reading, you are invited to walk the nature trails to contemplate the guidance you receive.

Atlantis Wolf will run a breathwork session followed by a cacao ceremony in the Lodge at Frohring Meadows in Chagrin Falls. This event incorporates breathwork, journaling or drawing, and sharing in an inclusive community. No prior breathwork experience is required.
