The music creates a space to relax, let go of stress, and feel supported in simply being. You don’t need to do anything—just breathe, listen, and allow the sound to bring you into a state of calm and balance.
It’s a simple pause at the end of the day, a chance to reset and feel renewed before stepping into the evening.
