🌅 Free Sunset Sound Bath | South Padre Island

Join us for a free community sunset sound bath on the beach in South Padre Island. This relaxing outdoor experience combines guided meditation, crystal singing bowls, and the soothing sounds of the ocean to help you unwind, reduce stress, and experience deep rest.

Whether you’re attending your first sound meditation session or you’ve experienced many before, everyone is welcome. We’ll begin with a brief guided meditation before settling into approximately 45 minutes of immersive sound with crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes as the sun sets over the Gulf.

Beach Access #23
5901 Gulf Blvd, South Padre Island

Look to the left when you arrive. If you see a girl with a bun setting up crystal singing bowls, you’ve found the right spot.

🌿 What to Bring

• Yoga mat, beach blanket, or beach chair
• Pillow
• Blanket
• Water
• Eye mask (optional)
• Anything that helps you feel comfortable

This event is completely free and open to everyone. No meditation or sound bath experience is necessary.
