Sunset Sound Bath

Sunset Sound Bath is a commUNITY gathering in the park. Set your intentions and give yourself permission to receive the healing energies and frequencies. This is a safe space to replaza, refresh, release and receive. Everyone’s expeience Will be exactly what is needed for the now moment. Michelle will guide participants through a visualization/meditation and sound bath infused with Shamanic and Reiki energies.

Bring something to sit or lay on and/ or to cover up with and dress warm. The weather can shift during our time together. Water to drink, a journal, crystals and anything else that will make your experience more enjoyable is welcomed.
