Sunset Sound Bath

Join me Sunday at 7:00pm for a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to help calm your nervous system, quiet a busy mind and leave you feeling refreshed.

Using crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments, you'll simply lie back, get comfortable and allow the soothing sounds and vibrations to guide you into a state of deep relaxation.
