Join us on Saturday, December 21st at 4:30pm for our monthly community Sunset Sound Bath session on Surfside Park Beach! ***RSVP to this event or [email protected] to stay updated on any changes to this event -- it is weather permitting!
In the spirit of inclusivity, this is a donation based offering, if you are able, give what feels good for you. We accept:

What to Expect:
~ Getting Settled: We will be located on Surfside Park Beach: 3070 Coastal Hwy, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to find a spot on the beach and get comfortable.
~Sound Bath & Meditation: You will then get comfortable lying down and will be guided into relaxation with a guided mediation as the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, and gentle percussion wash over you. We will play for ~45 minutes.
~ Dress warm & comfortably
~ Blanket/towel to lay on
Who Can Attend: This event welcomes everyone, whether you are new to sound baths or familiar with their benefits, this experience offers a restorative and enriching retreat. All ages are welcome!
