Let the golden hour guide you into stillness. Join us for a one-hour restorative sound immersion as the sun sets and the evening energy begins to soften.

Together, they create a lush soundscape of crystal bowls, native flute, chimes, and elemental textures. Andrea specializes in Tibetan singing bowl massage and will move through the space, intuitively placing bowls on participantsā bodies for deep vibrational release.

ā A restorative immersion to calm the nervous system & open space for renewal
ā Crystal bowls, flute, elemental sounds & Tibetan bowl massage
ā A cozy, safe space to reset and restore

Yoga mat, blanket, or pillow ā whatever helps you drop in and feel comfortable. (Weāll have mats, blankets & pillows available for the first 12ā15 guests, but they go fast!)
