☀️ This is a FREE EVENT 🧘♂️In this nourishing sunset event, we’ll connect more deeply with the body, release built-up tension, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
What to expect:
✨ A short, heartfelt talk to set the tone
✨ Gentle movement to reconnect body and mind
✨ Guided meditation and crystal bowl sound healing
✨ And (hopefully!) a beautiful sunset over the water
What else…
👉Bring a yoga mat (or towel if you don’t have one)
👉Arrive a little early if possible so we can start on time
👉Be respectful of the space we are all sharing. (Phones on silent and kind with one another)
🚗 There is a carpark near bicentennial park and another by the humpybong yacht club. We will be on the grass between these two points! (I'll post a picture and map in the event the week of!)
