Your evening begins in the elegant lobby of Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, where you'll receive a warm welcome before the group heads upstairs together to Hard Shake.

As the sun begins its descent, we'll settle into our reserved lounge seating, sip handcrafted cocktails or mocktails, enjoy a shared appetizer at the table, and celebrate summer's end together as the Las Vegas skyline transforms from golden hour into a sparkling city of lights.

When golden hour reaches its peak, we'll pause to soak in the view, capture a few sunset photos together, and mark the occasion with one of our favorite CBP traditions—the Summer Time Capsule. Share a favorite summer memory, a lesson you've learned, or something you're ready to leave behind before sealing it inside a keepsake envelope to take home as a special reminder of the evening.

Photos and short video clips will be captured throughout the evening, and you'll have plenty of opportunities to take your own photos against the stunning Las Vegas skyline.
