Join us for a FREE yoga class on the Village Lawn with Gold's Gym Longmont and Sound Off Colorado every Tuesday during the summer starting June 22nd - August 3rd! Enjoy the beautiful Colorado sunsets while you relax with silent yoga where you wear special sanitized headphones that allow you to hear both the instructor and music at the volume of your choice. Please bring your yoga mat, towel and water.
