Join Wavy Baby for Sunset Sessions • Movement in the Gardens - an intimate summer wellness series hosted at Sanger House Gardens in Milwaukee.

Designed to bring women together through movement, nervous system care, & intentional community, these evenings blend grounding movement, curated music, garden therapy, & golden hour connection in one of Milwaukee’s most beautiful hidden garden spaces.

Expect an embodied movement experience followed by time to exhale, connect, & enjoy a slower summer evening together.

All levels welcome.

What to expect:

• movement + mindful Pilates flow

• grounding breathing techniques

• curated music

• intentional community

• golden hour garden hangs

• post-session integration in the urban botanical gardens

What to bring:

• yoga mat

• water

• layers for the evening

• insect repellent

• an open mind
