Monthly gatherings to create a space where I can share modalities that I love and can’t live without. With friends who are open to sharing space with me, to create our own community together🫶🏻

When I think of Sunset Serenities I think, winding down, peace, breath, relaxation, cozy vibes. Finding calm after a hectic day at work, or before a busy weekend. Creating stillness in the mind. Taking a moment away from whatever is going on in life, just for you. Making beautiful connections in this little cocoon of serenity.

Sunset Serenities will be the second to last Friday, every month for 2024!!

So, join me for an evening of cacao, breathwork, meditation and journalling as we enjoy the last few hours of sunlight for the day, and a moment to ourselves.
