Sunset Serenities

Monthly gatherings to create a space where I can share modalities that I love and can’t live without. With friends who are open to sharing space with me, to create our own community together🫶🏻

When I think of Sunset Serenities I think, winding down, peace, breath, relaxation, cozy vibes. Finding calm after a hectic day at work, or before a busy weekend. Creating stillness in the mind. Taking a moment away from whatever is going on in life, just for you. Making beautiful connections in this little cocoon of serenity.

Sunset Serenities will be the second to last Friday, every month for 2024!!

So, join me for an evening of cacao, breathwork, sound bath and journaling as we enjoy the last few hours of sunlight for the day, and a moment to ourselves.

Everyone is welcome!

What to expect:

We will begin the evening with guided journaling, I will offer prompts, so we can set our intentions for the event ahead.

Then we will come together for a cacao ceremony, using organic ceremonial cacao, to open up the heart space and reconnect with the body.

There will be some connection exercises, so we will all leave having met someone new and hopefully with a big group of new friends!

Followed by a deep breathwork journey ranging from 30-45 minutes. You do not need to have any experience with breathwork, I will guide you through the entire experience.

Finally we will finish the evening by flowing straight into a sound bath healing, with crystal sound bowls, so you can take the last 20 minutes of the event to relax and find your zen.

What to bring:

• Journal or something to write on
• Pen
• Mug for your cacao
• Drink Bottle
  

Location is to be confirmed, details will be provided prior to the event.
To respect everyone’s time and keep the safety of the container, we will begin at 5:30pm sharp.

Avoid eating a heavy meal, consuming alcohol and/or caffine prior to the event.

Cancellation cannot be made to a ticket, this can be passed on to another willing attendee or transferred to a future event.
