Join us for a National Yoga Month celebration!

Experience a serene evening yoga session crafted to help you unwind and find balance as the sun sets. This class seamlessly combines gentle flows with restorative poses, inviting you to let go of the day’s stresses while enveloped in the calming twilight. Suitable for all levels, it creates a tranquil space for nurturing inner peace and setting the tone for a peaceful night’s rest.

Carillon invites you to release the day and flow into tranquility as the sun dips below the horizon.

• 6:30pm - Sunset Savasana Session led by Best Life-ing | Palm Court (6:00pm - Registration | Class will begin promptly at 6:30pm)

• 7:15pm - Wellness Experiences | Palm Court
  Continue the celebration as you immerse yourself in transformative wellness experiences that nourish your mind, body and soul. Indulge in a variety of interactive experiences.
  Things to know: RSVP is required. Discounted valet at $10 per vehicle and public parking is available nearby. This will be an outdoor event.
  What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat and anything else you might need for a movement session such as a sweat towel, etc.
  All proceeds from the event will support our partner, , an organization dedicated to mental health awareness and advocacy. Carillon Cares is proud to collaborate with BC2M, whose mission is to end the stigma surrounding mental illness. With a focus on advocacy, student-led high school programs, and storytelling, they have reached over 2 billion people and supported more than 100,000 students across the country. Together, we are helping to create meaningful change in the lives of teens and adults nationwide. Your participation in this event contributes directly to this vital cause.
