Experience the rejuvenating power of outdoor yoga with Sunset Salutations in Bailey Park. Flow through a low-impact yoga session designed to improve circulation, oxygenate the blood, and release tension. Be sure to bring your yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothes.
Note: Waivers are required at check-in. If it is your first time flowing at Sunset Salutations, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you have time to complete the paperwork.
In the case of rain, the class will relocate to the third floor of Bailey Power Plant. Enter the building from the Sparq entrance and take the elevators to the 3rd Floor, room 331. Relocation announcements will be made by 4 p.m. the day of the event.
