Sunset Rooftop Vinyasa, Acro Yoga & More: April Edition

Join us for our magical monthly rooftop Yoga event with beautiful water and city skyline views.

★ APRIL EDITION FEATURES ★ :

❥• COUNTER BALANCED FLOW : A Vinyasa Flow express, followed by fun & interesting acro based counterbalances for all levels to enjoy. All are welcome. Come solo, or bring a friend!

Featuring special guests, Ellie Blue & Dean Rosenwald ( bio below )

❥• COMMUNITY CONNECTION : Stay after class, acro play or loung on the lawn, connect with community vendors, pack a picnic, chat with teachers & enjoy the city /water views on the lawn.

❥• SACRED MUSIC, NEW MOON MEDITATION & DEEP HEALING REST : We close out the evening with sacred healing music, light guided moon insights & Nidra relaxation techniques with LOOP lead teacher, Lisa Pumper

 ❥• OUR COMMUNITY VENDORS: massage, reiki, natural products, services and snacks

This is a beautiful environment where every color, shape & size is welcome.

Teachers will demo and give options for all levels to follow.

• 6:30 pm: DOORS OPEN: Check in, settle in, take fun & fabulous sunset photos with the city skyline on our rooftop terrace.

• 6:45 pm: EVENT BEGINS:

★ BRING :

Yoga mat, blanket, large towel & bottle of water.

We have both turf grass, and stone surfacing to choose for your practice space.

Wear comfortable fitness attire. You will sweat!

Pack a picnic or grab snacks from vendors

*BRING BLANKET or layers to cover for meditation, body will cool down and get chilly.

Drive up to Level 5 of the Las Olas Beach Garage ( by the Rooftop terrace. Map below in EB details )

• ELLIE BLUE:

RYT, Level 2 Certified Acro & Massage Therapist. She has a BA in Dance with 30+ years in Movement Arts.

• DEAN ROSENWALD:

RYT, Level 1 Certified Acro with a backround in Matrial Arts: professional Muay Thai fighter & coach

• LISA PUMPER, ERYT 500. YACEP

Lisa has studied eastern healing arts for over 35 years. She shares these teachings in public classes with a very light heart to welcome in all levels & newbies.

In addition, for the past 20 yrs Lisa facilitates yoga trainings and has enriched community in FL & beyond.

She is passionate about creating community, sharing other teachers gifts and keeping it afforable for all with weekly classes to special events at the Las Olas Oceanside park and beyond
