As July’s Full Moon — the Buck Moon — rises and the Lion’s Gate Portal approaches, we’re creating space to slow down, reset, and come home to yourself.

Join Fit Girl Club on the rooftop of The London West Hollywood for a guided sunset evening designed for deep rest and renewal. We’ll move through three powerful modalities — intentional breathwork, a Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath, and guided journaling — weaving together everything you need for a true summer reset.

The experience begins with breathwork to calm the nervous system and anchor you in the present. From there, Samantha will guide you into a deeply restorative Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath — an immersive practice that supports relaxation, inner balance, and energetic release. We close with intentional journaling: time to reflect, let go of what no longer serves you, and set your intentions for the season ahead.

Whether this is your first sound healing or you’re a seasoned practitioner, this evening offers a rare opportunity to pause, reconnect, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired — all as the sun sets over the city.

Your Guide

Samantha Popa is the founder of Solates by Samantha, an LA wellness studio rooted in Pilates, breathwork, and Crystal Alchemy Sound Healing. Teaching movement since 2007, Samantha brings deep expertise and genuine warmth to every session. Before entering wellness, she was an award-winning custom bridal gown designer and grew up in her family’s iconic business, Andrea’s Fashions, on the Sunset Strip. She is also an approved host for Merrithew® STOTT PILATES® teacher training programs in Los Angeles.
