FIRST COURSE:
Shredded Brussel Sprout Salad
Peach, pumpkin seed, toasted almond, tahini poppy seed dressing

Paired with Spicy Cucumber Margarita

SECOND COURSE:
Corn Chowder
Sweet corn, red pepper, onion, celery, potato, cream broth

THIRD COURSE:
Seared statler chicken
Statler chicken, roasted zucchini, tempura fried squash rings, herb au jus

The food courses and cocktails are included in the ticket price. Additional cocktails, beers, wines, and seltzers may be ordered at your pleasure. Feel free to come early to enjoy some appetizers and a drink before the event begins.
