Join me for Sunset Kundalini, a weekly spiritual alignment class hosted live in Salt Lake City at Anderson Tower Monument Park on A Street in The Avenues across from the capital building.
Each class will include a Kundalini Kriya filled with dynamic breathwork, meditation, & a soothing gong bath to close out during sunset.
You will leave feeling relaxed, grounded, & realigned.
What is Kundalini Yoga? - Kundalini is an ancient yoga practice from the Himalayas incorporating Meditation, Breathwork, & Mantra to return you to your true light within.
