Sunset Hike - Phoenix Mountain Preserve

Join us for a fantastic evening of adventure with Just Roughin’ It! Lace up your hiking shoes and get ready to hike up to Shaw Butte and to the remains of the historic Cloud 9 restaurant for some amazing sunset goodness! For an extra treat, purchase a cheesy snack box from Shea Cheese. You can pre-purchase here for $15+ Eventbrite fees.

We will meet at Just Roughin' It or the trailhead at the North Mountain Visitor's Center.

Important Details:

For the Hike - please bring ample water - at least 1 liter, trail snacks, a headlamp or flashlight and appropriate clothing for the weather. Plus, please wear broken in and proper footwear for rugged trails. You will be required to sign a waiver to participate before we start the hike.

4 pm - Meet at Just Roughin' It at 10880 N 32nd St in Phoenix and pick up your lunch box from Shea Cheese. If you forgot something for the hike, you can purchase from the store before we head out.

4:15 pm - We all drive to the trailhead. If you are meeting at the visitor's center, we will likley be there around 4:30pm.
6:30 pm - We should be finished with the hike. Give some high fives and say your goodbyes!

This event is free but tips are always greatly appreciated! Shea Cheese snack box is not included.
