Laura Ramirez is a Life Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Meditation Guide, and owner of Laura Ramirez, LLC in Berlin, Connecticut. With more than 25 years of experience supporting personal growth and well-being, Laura creates spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate greater peace, clarity, and balance.
Drawing from a unique blend of mindfulness, meditation, Reiki, coaching, and practical life tools, Laura’s approach is both spiritual and practical. Whether guiding a meditation, leading a workshop, or working one-on-one with clients, she is passionate about helping others quiet the noise of everyday life and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.
Laura believes that even a few moments of intentional stillness can create meaningful ripple effects in our lives. Her guided meditations are welcoming to everyone—from first-time meditators to experienced practitioners—and offer an opportunity to rest, reset, and return to yourself with greater calm and presence.

Guided meditation will be held on our beautiful patio and is limited to just 8 guests to ensure a personalized experience.
