Join local bat expert Graham Colborne of the Lincolnshire Bat Group, for an evening learning about The Arboretum's resident bat population. Come along and find out more about these amazing night flying mammals.
The walk will begin with a short introduction to the various species of bats that can be observed in the park, followed by an explanation of how to detect them. Our guide will then lead a circular walk that takes in the historic landscape of Lincoln Arboretum
Our bat walk is open to all ages and is a great opportunity to experience the Arboretum in a different way. Please remember to wear appropriate footwear and clothing and bring your torch.
