Sunset Groove Yoga & Dance ✨

Join us for this Friday night full moon sunset edition of our signature class groove yoga & dance class.
We'll spend the first 45 minutes moving and breathing with the ocean, soulful beats, and our sweet community, and then transition to a 30 minute dance party at the ocean's edge 🌊✨
This all-levels creative vinyasa flow class moves through postures at a steady pace, cultivating a sense of connection within ourselves and our surroundings. The intention of this class is to create ease, joy, health and healing in heart, body and mind. With each class you will build strength, suppleness and flexibility.
Near the end of our practice we head down to the water’s edge for a dance party, inviting a playful and freeing aspect to your practice. You can expect an exquisitely curated soundtrack of music— from fun and familiar, booty-shakin beats, to soft, soulful tracks meant to soothe the heart, to other worldly sounds that are sure to inspire ecstatic expression— informing an ever-changing tapestry of movement and emotion.
With views of the Golden Gate Bridge, resting your eyes on the waves as you practice, and watching birds soar above, curated music and our incredible community - it’s truly a magical experience to be immersed in.
