Sunset Flow & Bowls with Dyamen and DeShauna
Strawberry Creek Park: 1250 Addison Street, Berkeley
6pm -7:30pm, class starts at 6:30pm
Join us outside in Berkeley as we switch it up with a 60-minute, evening gentle flow and sound-bath to close out the day. This is a great opportunity to practice outside, be with community and detox the day as we lean into the weekend. Checkin starts at 6pm, and class will start at 6:30pm. Class is donation-based, and the suggested donation starts at $20. To prepare for class wear layers, bring a yoga mat (blanket for underneath you mat), water and one of your favorite humans!
