We’ll start with calming breathwork and guided meditation to help you fully arrive in the moment. Then, as the sky turns gold and lavender, you’ll be serenaded by the healing sounds of live musicians—think crystal bowls, gongs, and flutes—all while gently floating on your own paddleboard.
