Whether you're looking to recharge or simply enjoy the beauty of the changing seasons, this event is perfect for anyone seeking balance and harmony.
We'll begin with some restorative yoga for all levels, enjoy a sound bath and guided meditation. Then seal our practice together in a tea ceremony with a custom organic herb blend to activate the root and sacral chakras. Spiritual readings and reiki will also be available for guests.
