This June, join us for a special evening with OSCAR WARS Author Michael Schulman, he will host a lively discussion after our screening of SUNSET BOULEVARD. Playing as part of our summer-long Hollywood Summer Nights Classic Film Series on June 17th. ??? ???????: princetongardentheatre.org/specials????? ??? ?????: This film noir features Gloria Swanson as faded, delusional Hollywood actress Norma Desmond. William Holden co-stars as the struggling writer she hires to edit the screenplay she believes will usher in her comeback. The story is twisted and cynical, the black and white cinematography is stunning, and writer-director Billy Wilder is at the top of his game. Often considered the best film about Hollywood.

Michael is the author of his latest book “Oscar Wars,” a history of the Academy Awards, which focuses on the brutal battles, the starry rivalries, and the colorful behind-the-scenes drama.
