So excited for our next sunset Beach Yoga with Sound Bath class!!! If you haven't tried it yet, now is the time. This is a sunset beach yoga class with a sound bath immersion. Tonya will use multiple instruments to create a most meditative background to our yoga. This is a class designed so everyone can participate. Feel free to bring a chair if you wish to participate in a chair. We will move gently through our yoga postures while relaxing and releasing tension. Tonya will join in for the second half of class as we transition out of movement and into complete relaxation. The backdrop of the Gulf and Sunset make this class extra special.
It is the ultimate Samadhi or completeness in the present moment.
