Additional info:
- Classes are all levels intuitively guided nurturing flow through the body that implements hatha, vinyasa, & yin yoga elements The practice is always paired with conscious breath, with intention on cultivating strength, balance, flexibility, fluidity, liberating tension and energetic stagnation, promoting self-awareness and producing an overall feeling of peace, relaxation, and illumination.
- Classes are approximately 75min & finish in supine meditation (savasana.)
- BRING: A yoga mat and/or large sheet/blanket. The best set up is to place a large sheet or tapestry on the sand and place your mat on top of it. This allows for a much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat.
- ALL LEVELS AND AGES ARE WELCOME.
PARKING:
There are 2 beach lots to park in across the street. The parking is through Park Mobile app.
Some people also opt to park for free on the other side of the Linton Blvd bridge in the Trader Joe's Plaza and walk over.
If you're ever running late, please do not worry, we start on island time. There's no such thing as late on the beach... Whenever you join us is the right time 🙂 We are a very laid back & welcoming community.
If you have any questions, feel free to DM.
May all beings be happy and free.
In Love,
J.Om
