*Nature + Nurture = Sunset Beach Yoga (SBY) meetup of Delray Beach- Established in 2010 by Jessica Om, Provides weekly sunset yoga classes on the beach, + other conscious community events & workshops.
Join Jessica- founder of SBY, 16 year experienced & passionate yoga teacher, wellness professional, FUNctional fitness & movement specialist, multi-disciplinary artist, and avid wanderer- for weekly liberating, heart-opening yoga practices in one of the most serene locations in the world.

Classes are all levels intuitively guided nurturing flow through the body that implements hatha, vinyasa, & yin yoga elements (sequenced movements paired with conscious breath, as well as longer holds of poses with deeply meditative focus) with intention on cultivating strength, balance, flexibility, fluidity, liberating tension and energetic stagnation, promoting self-awareness and producing an overall feeling of peace, relaxation, and illumination.
Classes are approximately 75-90min Hatha/vinyasa flow & finish in meditation (savasana.)
Start time often varies depending on season and sunset time.
BRING: A yoga mat or large sheet/blanket. The best set up is to place a large sheet or tapestry on the sand and place your mat on top of it. This allows for a much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat.
ALL LEVELS AND AGES ARE WELCOME.
HOME LOCATION: Atlantic Dunes Beach (Delray Beach)- though occasionally subject to change
PARKING:
There are metered beach lots to park in across the street. The parking is through Park Mobile app. Both lots are open again!
Some people also opt to park across the Linton bridge in the Trader Joe's Plaza. Keep in mind that there is a little walk over the bridge to get to the park/beach if you choose this option, though some prefer it. If you're ever running late, please do not worry, most likely others are too. We start on island time, which means there's no such thing as late... Whenever you join us is the right time ?
