Come Nurture with Nature! Join the Delray Beach SUNSET BEACH YOGA meetup community for weekly guided Hatha/Vinyasa/All Levels flow on the beach & other events/gatherings hosted by Jessica Om & other guest teachers

The intention of this group is to have the weekly space for individuals to come together, slow down and connect with nature, while nurturing themselves with an invigorating all levels asana practice that also liberates stress and tension from the body... or to simply sit on the sand and share the community energy, while enjoying nature without an agenda... The practice is led/guided by Jessica Om, founder and director of SBY, artist, movement specialist, and yoga & healing arts teacher of 13 years, or other skilled experienced instructors when she is away or traveling.  

Asana- (yogic postures) and pranayama- (controlled breathing practice) Vinyasa implements controlled fluid movements and holding of specific postures, combined with conscious breathing, to cultivate strength, awareness, ease tension, re-energize, and relax.

WHEN: * Every- WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY * (Start times change by season and are scheduled to finish just before sunset)

(PLEASE NOTE: *Classes are weather permitting & subject to cancellation or relocation due to weather or other unforeseen beach/parking lot closures up to a half an hour prior to start time. RSVP to each event and download the meetup app to receive instant notifications.)

WHERE: SBY Classes are held weekly @ *Atlantic Dunes Park beach, Delray Beach (*location subject to change due to construction or parking closures)    

COST: BY DONATION ($10-15 suggested) - cash, venmo, paypal, zelle- (at class)

WHAT TO BRING: - A yoga mat (optional) LARGE sheet or tapestry for under mat (suggested) - Water - A smile - Friends & family! All ages welcome.

SBY is a very casual no-pressure environment, open to ALL levels. We often get people brand new to a yoga practice. It's a great place to make new friends and meet wonderful people.
