Structured flow focused on lengthening, stretching and toning your body while releasing the mind from negative thoughts and feelings. All levels welcome as modifications will be provided.Please Bring:
• A Yoga Mat
• A Towel
• Water
Reminder:
• Please bring along anything you may need or require for class, such as sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, bug spray, etc. I will not have any extra mats with me so please don't forget to bring yours!
Cancellations:
PLEASE NOTE If you're unable to attend a class, you must cancel within 6 hours of class time. No shows and late cancellations will be charged the full price of the class, bundle, workshop, membership or special booked.
ANY/ ALL memberships, class bundles, class passes, pop up classes, kid's events or workshops, adult workshops, events or specials of any kind are NON-REFUNDABLE.
