Take this time to slow down, connect with yourself, nature and the yoga community Monthly aligned with the full moon and myself as your instructor 🌕☮️🌀🏝️This class occurs 7-8pm during sunset hours to experience a yin restorative vinyasa flow & sound journey shavasana closing practice designed for all levels 🙏🏽✨🌺🕉️ I am excited to announce the integration of breath work practices into this new series of teachings.
Meeting on Gulfport beach next to the volleyball nets every full moon🏝️
✨ Bring a water bottle for hydration
✨A yoga mat and or towel (I will bring extra)
✨Comfortable clothes for stretching
