Join us for an evening of sound bath, Yoga Nidra, and gentle Light Yoga on the beach. Start the evening by grounding yourself with a relaxing, light, and gentle yoga class that incorporates gentle movements and deep breathing. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views as you move with the ocean as your soundtrack. Then, embark on a journey through Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep —a guided meditation technique that induces a deeper state of relaxation. Lastly, relax to the soothing sounds of the singing crystal bowls with an oceanfront Sound Bath. Find deeper states of healing, meditation, and relaxation with the therapeutic sound vibrations of the crystal bowls while breathing in the ocean's healing powers. All abilities and skill levels are welcome.
