This special event, led by the renowned Tiffany Santisteban of ExcavatingRoots Yoga, is designed to provide a memorable experience for both adults and kids. Aqua Yoga is accessible to everyone. No matter your age or fitness level, you can benefit from this practice. Whether you're a senior seeking improved balance and strength, someone with arthritis or chronic pain looking for relief, a child needing a light and fun exercise, or a pregnant woman needing extra support, Aqua Yoga meets you where you are. It’s also a great tool for managing chronic back pain by offering both relief and strengthening benefits.

Additional Experience: For those looking to make a day of it, purchase our Resort Pass + Aqua Yoga Class Access for full property access from 10 AM until sunset, including all the perks mentioned above. Pool seating is on a first-come-first-served basis. Cabanas can be reserved for an additional price, see ADD ONS to upgrade (3 available).

WHAT TO BRING ?

For Aqua Yoga class, please bring a comfortable bathing suit, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

If you're staying for happy hour, you can use the changing room in the gym or by the lobby to freshen up.

1) 100% refund weather-related at our location if canceled due to tropical storm or hurricane conditions. If we have heavy rain on pool deck, ticket holders will receive a refund or credit to attend the next class. Make sure to note the email used to purchase tickets.

2 ) General Cancellations: Refundable 24+ hour (minus EB fees)

Go to your ticket settings and self-process 24+ hours before the event. Less than 24 hours NO refund & NO credit. Sorry, we are not responsible for any personal reasons that prevent you from attending.
