As the sun dips below the treetops and paints the sky in golden hues, you’ll be guided through a soulful aerial yoga flow designed to release tension, cultivate inner peace, and awaken your spirit. With the support of colorful silks, you’ll stretch, swing, and soar; grounding through the earth beneath you while expanding into the open sky above.
This class includes a gentle fusion of dynamic movement, deep stretches, aromatherapy, guided relaxation, and a closing sound healing journey, inviting deep relaxation and energetic alignment. Let the sounds of nature blend with soothing tones to carry you inward, while the setting sun reminds you of your own radiant light.
All levels welcome. Come ready to fly, ground, breathe, and bliss out under the evening sky.
Please wear tops that cover your armpits and bottoms that cover to at least your knees. Mats are available on-site or you are welcome to bring your own.
In the event of inclement weather – there will be the option to receive a mat yoga practice inside the Bliss Bell Tent that will close with a sound healing journey or a reschedule available to wait for clear skies and flying with the aerial yoga hammock.
