Sunrise Yogalates w Sofi

Hi beauties! So excited you're here :)
A little about me, I got my yoga 200hr certification last year, and this year I was able to get certified in mat pilates and sound healing! This is my passion and I hope to one day grow a commuinity of people like you that love wellness.

For this event we will be mixing pilates & yoga. You will be getting all the benefits of pilates increasing your core strength and helping your spine with good posture + adding some yoga increasing flexibility and adding mindful meditiation.
We will start with meditation followed with breathwork to get the body warmed up for the class. Class will be 45 - 50 min long. Finished with a cozy savasana including a crystal bowl sound bath. There will be a small snack and beverage provided at the end!
