Sunrise Yoga with Posh Porridge(Porridge sold separately)
Make sure to register for free through the link
Take in the sunrise as you practice Yoga, finish off with an optional dip in the ocean, taking time to connect with the community
Where: NEW BRIGHTIN BEACH
When: OCT 13TH
Time: 6.30AM
What to Expect:
- 30 minutes of Yoga where we will move the body through sun salutations and variations to welcome the rising sun
- Gentle Meditation
- Breath Practice
- Option to jump in the ocean after practice with us!
What to Bring:
(You can choose to bring absolutely nothing but if you're a bit like me and like to have all the things with you then here's some of my top tips)
- Mat / Towel to practice on
- Picnic blanket / chair to hang out after
- Socks to keep those toes warm on the cooler mornings
- Blanket to layer over yourself in Savasana if you want to get extra toasty
- Water
- Towel and Togs if you want to join us for an Ocean Dip
- Wear Layers so you can stay warm but strip off as you warm up
- Trackies to hop into after swimming cos trynna get Yoga tights back on wet or damp skin is not a fun time
