About this Event
Join us for Sunrise Yoga & Meditation in South Beach Miami.
This class is open to all levels of practice, we come together to have fun, connect with our bodies, mind and spirit, enjoy the sunrise by the ocean, and meet like minded people!
Where: South Beach, at the blue lifeguard stand on 1st Street. Free parking is available until 9 AM in front of Nikki Beach; just walk around to the beach to find us.
What to bring: A yoga mat or beach towel and an open heart!
